Okay, here are the things I did like about this:

Now, the big question - do these supplements actually work?

To summarize my experience, I can tell you that taking two before dinner did indeed give me a substantial energy boost, followed by a bit of a crash. Going forward, I'll take two per day, but one each at different times - probably before lunch and before dinner. Also, I didn't notice much change in my blood glucose levels, but that might be for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with the supplements themselves - I'll keep monitoring this update the review (if I remember) again at a later time.

Lastly, as far as supplements go, these are reasonably priced and won't break the bank.

They have an extensive website which shows their NSF certification, which is a step above GMP certification. These capsules are normal sized, with no taste or smell. If you open a capsule and taste the powder, it actually tastes pretty good, like raw edamame. I wish the label had the concentration of extract used so that I could compare the strength and dose to other bean extract supplements. That lack of information makes it hard to judge the comparitive value of the product. After a few weeks of taking this, I have noticed no bad side effects, and I would like to continue using this supplement.

👎 In terms of value, taken as suggested, to compare the price of this to similar supplements is all but impossible since it’s not just one ingredient, but several. It’s easy to compare the cost of beets to beets or garlic to garlic, but the more ingredients you add, the less likely you are going to find a suitable comparison. So, instead of comparing apples to apples you’re now comparing apples and oranges and kiwi to apples bananas and grapes.

This ginkgo supplement has all 3 of the things I look for in quality: made in the USA, 3rd party lab tested, and decent amounts of each ingredient with standardized percent of key components given. The company has an extensive website which shows its NSF certificate, which is a higher level than GMP certification. The capsules are normal sized, with no taste or smell. Unfortunately, this supplement gave me headaches and I stopped taking it, but that is a common side effect of ginkgo that some people have. I think it's an excellent quality product and a good value.

The products is shipped in a sturdy but non-child proof plastic bottle. The tablets are soft (but not gel) caplets of standard size which make then easy to swallow. It states a US address as distributor but no details of manufacturer. But there is a US flag on the bottle implying US source.

I wish they used a better form of magnesium but I’m more interested in the other ingredients anyway. I’m anxious to see how much they help over time. I recommend giving them a try.

I would like to know the milligrams of these vitamins that I am consuming. The same holds true for Choline and Inositol. I could not find any evidence of these on the Supplement Fact list. I am pleased that this product is Gluten free, Sugar free, and Non GMO. I am pre diabetic and therefore hopeful that the next time I take a glucose test, my A1C will show improvement after taking this supplement.
